Terms of use

The rules for using the app, the points and the services, and the partner terms.

Last updated: 10 October 2026

Draft under legal review. The text may change before the official launch.

Accepting the terms

By using the Dazzina app or the Dazzina Business app you accept these terms and the privacy policy. Some services have extra terms shown in the app before you use them, such as the driver terms and the business terms for partners.

Your account

  • You sign up with a Syrian mobile number you own, and your account is yours alone.
  • Enter correct details and keep your phone and PIN safe. Never give your PIN or verification codes to anyone, not even someone claiming to be from our team.
  • We may suspend or close an account for breaking these terms, fraud or abuse, after a review.

Points

  • Every point is worth one Syrian pound at partners and in the app’s services.
  • Points are not money and cannot be withdrawn as cash from the app.
  • Points expire after a period set and shown in the app, and the soonest-expiring are used first.
  • Reserved points stay yours until the deal completes or they come back to you.
  • Transfers and gifts have limits shown in the app. Check the person before you send.
  • We correct obvious mistakes and cancel points that came from fraud, after a review.

Orders and bookings

  • The shop or service provider is responsible for its products, services and prices.
  • Every order needs your PIN, and the delivery fee shows before you confirm.
  • A booking deposit is points held, not taken: they come back after you attend, may be kept on a no-show, and you can dispute.
  • For problems, use "Problem with the order?" on the order screen. The support team reviews every report.

Classifieds

  • You are responsible for your listing, its accuracy, and the item or service you offer.
  • Illegal, offensive and misleading content is not allowed. We may review a listing before it goes live, or stop it.
  • A promoted listing always carries the "Sponsored" label.

Mishwar and Khodni Ma’ak

  • Mishwar is a closed beta by invite per city, and cash only for now. The price shown before you order is what you pay.
  • Khodni Ma’ak is for sharing the cost of the road between governorates, not for profit, and every route has a price cap. It is in a beta phase.
  • Drivers are responsible for their licence, car, insurance and safe driving. Riders give the ride code or boarding code only after checking the car.
  • The SOS button is for real emergencies.

Couriers and drivers

  • You apply in the app with the documents needed, and our team reviews it. Your documents must stay correct and valid.
  • You follow the terms you accept in the app for each service.

Conduct

  • Respect others in chats, calls and meetings.
  • Fraud, harassment, asking for money beyond the shown price, and abusing points or offers are not allowed.
  • Attempts to break into the app or servers, or to get around their limits, are not allowed.

The app and updates

  • We keep developing the app and may change services or stop some features, especially in beta phases.
  • We may require an update to a newer version to keep accounts safe, and an old version may stop working.
  • Download the app only from this website, or from the official stores once available.

Limits of liability

We do our best to keep the app working and safe, but we cannot guarantee it will be free of interruptions or errors. Shops, service providers and drivers are responsible for what they provide.

Partner terms

These apply to business owners who use the Dazzina Business app, in addition to the business terms they accept in the app.

  • Partners join with an application our team reviews, with the documents needed; they accept the business terms before the account opens, and publish their profile themselves.
  • Partners pay a loyalty fee on sales where they give points, and the customer gets part of it back as points. Rates are set per business and shown in the app.
  • When a customer pays with points, the full value is credited to the partner on the statement.
  • Statements close weekly or monthly, and settlement goes through the support team. Giving points pauses when a statement is overdue or the balance is over the limit; paying with points keeps working.
  • Partners are responsible for accurate products, prices and opening hours, and for delivering orders with their own team if they choose to.
  • Returns go through the app: the customer confirms or disputes, and the support team reviews disputes.
  • Offers and promotions are reviewed before they go live, and their fees are shown on the request.
  • The business owner is responsible for team members and their permissions.

Changes and contact

We may change these terms, and we publish the new version on this page with the date of the update.

We will publish how to reach the support team on this website soon.
