The app is not on Google Play yet, so you install it from an APK file. You do this once, and updates come the same way.
Tap "Download APK" on this page and wait for the download to finish.
Open the file from the download notification or your Downloads folder.
If you see "Install unknown apps", tap "Settings", allow your browser to install, then go back.
Tap "Install". When it is done, tap "Open".
Enter your Syrian mobile number and type the verification code you get by SMS.

What is the SHA-256 fingerprint?
It is a unique digital fingerprint of the file. If a single byte of the file changes, the whole fingerprint changes. Compare the fingerprint of the file you downloaded with the one shown under the download button: if they match, the file is exactly the one we published.
