Open the app and enter your Syrian mobile number. No email needed.
Tap "Send verification code" and you get an SMS with the code.
Enter the code, then add your name and pick a username.
Create your 4-digit PIN at your first payment, and turn on fingerprint if you like.

Questions people ask before they start
What is Dazzina?
One app for your points wallet, shops, bookings, classifieds, gifts, rides and delivery, with one account and one set of points.
How do I sign up?
With your Syrian mobile number and a code sent by SMS. No email needed.
Can I use a non-Syrian number?
No. Login codes are sent to Syrian mobile numbers only.
Is the app in Arabic only?
Arabic first. You can switch to English in Settings.
What is a point worth?
Every point is worth one Syrian pound, always.
Where can I use my points?
At any partner, and in shop orders, bookings, classifieds, gifts, donations and Khodni Ma’ak.
Do points expire?
Yes, after a set period. We remind you before, and the soonest-expiring points are always used first.
What are "reserved" points?
Points that are still yours but locked for an open request such as a booking, a bid or a trip. They are paid when it completes or return to your balance, and the wallet shows why each one is locked.
Can I send points to a friend?
Yes, as points or as a gift card, and you can request points too. Transfers have a minimum and a daily limit shown in the app.
Why the PIN?
Every points payment needs your PIN or fingerprint, so nobody else can spend your points.
Wrong PIN several times?
The PIN pauses for a while, and longer after repeated mistakes.
Is my number shown to drivers or couriers?
No. Chat and calls stay in the app. A number shows only if its owner agrees.
Who sees my photo?
You choose: everyone, people you dealt with in the app, or nobody.
What is the ride code?
A 4-digit code only you receive. Give it to the driver after checking the car, so you both know it is the right car.
Can the ride price change?
The price you see is what you pay. Refuse any request for extra money and report it.
Why is Mishwar not open for me?
It is a closed beta with invitations per city. Join the waitlist and we will tell you when it opens for you.
Mishwar, Khodni Ma’ak or delivery?
Mishwar is a car that comes to you now, inside your city. Khodni Ma’ak is a seat in a car already travelling between governorates, to share costs. Delivery brings shop orders to your door.
What does the SOS button do?
It calls emergency services on 112, sends your location to your trusted contacts and alerts our SOS desk. The ride is not cancelled and the other side is not told.
What is a booking deposit?
Points that are held, not taken. They come back after you attend, are kept on a no-show, and you can dispute.
How do I report an order problem?
On the order screen choose "Problem with the order?". You can report the shop for any order, and the support team reviews every report.
How do I join as a partner?
Get the Dazzina Business app, enter your business details and documents, and our team reviews the application and lets you know.
What does it cost?
You pay a loyalty fee on sales where you give points, and the customer gets part of it back as points. Rates are set per business and shown in the app.
A customer paid with points: how do I get paid?
The full value is credited to you on your statement and netted against your fees.
Do I need my own drivers?
No. Use the platform’s couriers or your own staff; the customer pays the delivery fee with the order.
